At Companion Animal Clinic, we’ve proudly served the New River Valley pet community since 1974. As Blacksburg’s only AAHA-accredited animal hospital, we hold ourselves to the highest standards in veterinary medicine, safety, and client communication. Our highly experienced team—many with decades of service—offers comprehensive care for cats, dogs, and a wide variety of exotic pets, including birds, poultry, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small mammals.
 
We’re especially proud of our close connection with the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and are honored to serve generations of clients, including local students, military families, and lifelong residents.
